
Attorney Brian J. Bushaw was admitted to practice in the state of Wisconsin in June of 2004. In addition to his membership in the Wisconsin State Bar Association, and Family Law Section, Attorney Bushaw is a director on the State Bar of Wisconsin Family Law Section Board. Attorney Bushaw has trial experience in divorce, paternity and termination of parental rights cases as well as extensive experience with appeals arising from family law matters.
Brian is a member of the Dane County Bar Association and State Bar of Wisconsin. He is a volunteer with the Dane County Family Law Assistance Center, and currently serves on the Dane County Contract for Guardians ad Litem in Guardianship, CHIPS and paternity actions.

Brian Bushaw has been appointed to act as Guardian ad Litem in Dane County Circuit Court. A Guardian ad Litem is an attorney appointed by the court to represent the interests of children in custody or placement litigation.
